<p>The SeaFirst LTB-38 Liquid Tie Bar Alignment Valve is a hydraulic steering component designed for 3/8" tube lines.</p> <p>It is used in twin-outboard or twin-rudder applications when a mechanical tie bar cannot be installed due to the boat configuration or installation conditions. The valve allows the two outboard engines or rudders to be hydraulically realigned.</p> <p>SeaFirst specifies that the mechanical tie bar remains the preferred solution whenever it can be used, and the Liquid Tie Bar Alignment Valve should not be considered a substitute for a mechanical tie bar.
